    A Message from Renee Fitzgerald, PSHRM Diversity Chair

    Welcome to the PSHRM Diversity Subcommittee Webpage. The Diversity Subcommittee promotes sensitivity, awareness and inclusion of diversity to HR professionals, associates, affiliates and the business community. Our vision is to become a model Diversity Committee in preparing Human Resources professionals, associates, affiliates and the business community to participate in a global and diverse environment. We will accomplish this vision through our initiatives:

    Sensitivity: Becoming more knowledgeable of the rich dimensions of diversity that encompasses the Tri-County area.

    Awareness: Promoting knowledge of diversity topics and cultures, and increasing awareness of the various cultures and characteristics.

    Inclusion: Incorporating the various dimensions of diversity in our educational efforts.

    Participation: Actively participating and engaging TCHRMA members to support committee efforts and activities.

    Community Involvement: Attending community events and ensuring that we are responsive to the community's diverse needs.
