    Topic:

Attracting, Promoting, and Retaining Women: How to Get Better at It—and Boost Your Company’s Bottom Line

In today’s workplace, women are underrepresented in many key fields and positions. Women hold just 10% of corporate office positions and make up 11% of board of directors in Fortune 500 tech companies, while 52% of female talent drops out of tech careers between the ages of 35 and 40.

This presentation will explore the reasons behind this trend and what you can to do to help reverse it in your organization.

In this session, you will learn:

    • Why gender diversity is important for your organization and its bottom line

    • Challenges women face in the workplace today

    • Solutions for attracting, retaining, and promoting women

    • How to make your workplace more flexible, responsive, and engaging

    • How to invest in a supportive and inclusive corporate culture
