This presentation will explore the fastest, most efficient ways to interact with the Department of Employment and Workforce as well as tips for keeping unemployment costs low. We will examine the information necessary to ensure the most accurate decision possible is made on a claimant’s eligibility as well as what steps to take if you disagree with a determination. In this session, you will also be given insight on the types of documentation that you should keep and submit to the Department if a claim is filed against your company.
