"When Domestic Violence Punches in at Work"

SC ranks second in the nation for deaths due to domestic violence.  While it may be comforting to think domestic violence happens to unemployed persons at home, the truth is that it may occur to either gender,  in all socioeconomic levels, AND it doesn't always happen in the privacy of one's home.  What can we do as employers to try to prevent this violence from "spilling over" into the workplace?  How can we identify and assist employees who may be victims of domestic violence?  This session reviews the facts and offers recommendations for employers to create an action plan.
