    The Presenteeism Bug: Is Your Company Infected?

    Presenteeism is a serious growing problem for executives, human resource managers and administrators. The Presenteeism bug causes employees to be less peaceful, positive, present and productive on the job. This mental and emotional virus can permeate an office or company thereby infecting other employees and customers- leading to ineffective teamwork, poor customer service and decreased sales and profits.

    Objective:

    The Objective for this session is to define Presenteeism, identify its negative effect on the work environment and corporate earnings, understand its origin and develop a strategy to effectively manage employees who are infected with this dis-ease.

    Speaker: Glenn S. Cohen

    Glenn S. Cohen is a seasoned coach and public speaker, specialized in helping people work on their relationships at home, work, and within themselves. He completed his coaching proficiency skills through the Relationship Coaching Institute and the Coach’s Training Institute and founded his coaching practice in 2005

    Glenn has worked with hundreds of individuals, couples, executives, and organizations, implementing philosophies and strategies that are practical and successful at creating awareness, understanding, and real, lasting change. He resides in Charleston, SC and coaches his clients on-site at his office and virtually through phone and internet sessions.
