    "Navigating Social Security"

Financial stresses is one of the leading causes of employee presenteeism and low productivity. Educating employees on their retirement plans will help them to make informed decisions that will give them a greater ability to have the financial freedom to retire by the time they reach retirement age. Often employer’s focus on their fiduciary responsibility to educate their staff on their employer sponsored deferred compensation plan or defined benefit plan.  However, social security is an important component of the employee’s retirement plan. This seminar is designed to educate employers about Social Security retirement-benefit basics. The purpose of this seminar is to provide generalized background and context about the Social Security retirement benefit program and to provide an update on the recent Bipartisan Budget Act of 2015.
