    In this presentation, HR professionals will learn how to identify and attract more talent more efficiently, increase employee engagement and how to have a strong EVP (Employee Value Proposition) that makes the compensation, culture, benefits, etc. a competitive differentiator for their organization.

    Dan Coombs - Director of Growth

    Dan is an accomplished talent acquisition executive, business leader, mentor, and philanthropist. As the Director of Growth at Catch Talent, he is instrumental in driving recruiting efficiencies, business development, customer retention, and client success to ensure efficient operations in support of the rapid growth and needs of clients. Dan has over 21 years in the technology recruiting industry, and prior to joining Catch, he spent over 18 years with TEKsystems leading several major markets nationally, including Memphis, TN, Austin, TX, Phoenix, AZ, and Philadelphia, PA. He was also a Principal for a subsidiary of Life Cycle Engineering and built an intrapreneurial-based IT & Engineering Recruiting Firm from the ground up. Dan is actively involved with the Citadel's Baker School of Business, The Charleston Digital Corridor, Palmetto SHRM, RestartSC Career Development, and several other civic organizations throughout the Lowcountry.


    Lauren Dudding - HCM Account Executive, Paylocity


    Lauren collaborates with mid to large organizations and business leaders, aligning cultural vision, encouraging employee engagement, and improving retention through tools of a digital and modernized work environment.  As an HCM Account Executive, Lauren started the market for Paylocity in the Lowcountry.  She provides the tools for larger organizations to move not only through their current state but plan into a future state that aligns itself with the vision of that business and the desire to improve the quality of life and access to data for the employees and administrators through technology.  Part of her purpose is to improve inefficiencies, but beyond that, it is to anticipate future trends in the war on talent, succession plans within businesses, and what tomorrow’s expectations will be from the employees and leaders of organizations.  Lauren was a Division I Collegiate Basketball Player and has over 3 years in the payroll/HRIS industry.  Prior to joining Paylocity, Lauren worked at ADP in Charleston and Kansas City.  Lauren is actively involved with the Charleston CFO Council, Palmetto SHRM, and other organizations throughout the Lowcountry.
